Stubb's BBQ Restaurant Recipe

2 pounds chicken thighs, bone-in, skin on
3 tablespoons Stubb’s Chicken Spice Rub
1 bottle Stubb’s Texas Butter Injectable Marinade

Pour the injectable marinade into a measuring cup or bowl, before pulling it into the injector kit.
Use 1/2 to 1 oz. of marinade in each chicken thigh, injecting each in multiple spots to ensure even flavor.Then rub each thigh with Stubb’s Chicken Spice Rub over the skin.

Prepare the grill at medium-high heat. Cook for about 5 to 10 minutes per side or until you reach an internal temperature of 165 degrees.  Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
