Stubb's BBQ Sriracha Honey Chicken

SRIRACHA HONEY CHICKEN
Stubb's BBQ Restaurant Recipe

1 bottle Stubb’s Pork Marinade
4 chicken breasts
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup sriracha

In the refrigerator, marinate chicken breasts overnight in Stubb’s Pork Marinade. Remove from marinade and let stand for 10 minutes. In a small bowl, mix together honey and sriracha.

Prepare a grill for direct high-heat grilling (about 450 degrees).  Place chicken on the grill.   Flip every 3 minutes, glazing the chicken breasts with sriracha sauce after each flip.  Cook for 12 to 15 minutes or until chicken breasts reach an internal temperature of 165 degrees.  Glaze one last time prior to pulling chicken off of the grill.  Let stand for five minutes before serving.
