Stubb's BBQ Ribeye Steaks with Butter Wing Sauce

4 Ribeye steaks
Stubb’s Steak Rub
1/2 stick of butter
Stubb’s Wing Sauce

The night before grilling the steaks, prepare the Stubb’s Butter Wing Sauce. In a microwave safe bowl, melt 1/2 stick of butter. Stir in 4 tablespoons of Stubb’s Wing Sauce. Cover and refrigerate overnight, allowing the sauce to harden.

Prepare your grill for direct high heat grilling (about 450 degrees). Rub the steaks liberally with Stubb’s Steak Rub. Grill the steaks over high heat about 5 to 6 minutes per side for medium doneness (adjust cooking time according to your preference).

Remove the steaks from the grill. While steak is resting (about 5 minutes), place 1 tablespoon of Stubb’s Butter Wing Sauce on top of each steak and allow it to melt over steak.
