St. Louis Smoked Ribs


ST. LOUIS SMOKED RIBS
Moe's Original BBQ 

1 rack St Louis Ribs
1/2 cup rib rub spice
1 tablespoon black pepper
aluminum foil  (minimum of 2 inches longer than the ribs)

Put the spice rub on the front and back of the ribs, smoke at 225 degrees for 3 hours. Wrap in foil and place in oven at 275 degrees for an hour or until meat slightly pulls away from the bone.
