Barbecued chicken with Alabama white sauce, creamed spinach, black eyed peas,
corn bread and chicken soup at Moe's Original BBQ.
Moe's Original BBQ Restaurant Recipe
1 small onion
2 (12 oz.) cans Heart Healthy Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 cup Swiss Cheese
1 (3 lb.) box of frozen, chopped spinach
1 tablespoon kosher salt
2 teaspoons black pepper
1 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce
1/4 pound butter
1/4 cup whole milk
Sweat onions in butter until they are translucent. Add soup, cheese, soy sauce, and milk. Thaw out spinach and drain as much liquid off as possible. Cook on top of stove until heated thoroughly.
Add spinach, and salt and pepper to season.
