BBQ Salmon Fillets

Weber Grill Restaurant Recipe

4 Alaskan salmon fillets, (pin bones removed)
3/4 cup WGR BBQ Spice Rub
1 1/2 cup corn oil
1/2 cup WGR Sweet & Chunky BBQ Sauce

Combine the WGR BBQ Spice Rub with the corn oil. Mix well. Cover the fish with the marinade and refrigerate for 2 hours.

Grill the fish over medium high direct heat for 3 minutes or until fish starts to release itself from the grill. Turn the fillet 45 degrees to form a cross-hatch pattern and cook 2 more minutes Turn the fish over and baste with WGR Sweet & Chunky BBQ Sauce. Finish cooking until the desired temperature is reached and the sauce has formed into a glaze, about 3 more minutes. Makes 4 servings.
