  • Nacho Burger: A burger with salsa, tortilla chips, Cheddar cheese, jalapeños and avocado, $12
  • Tequila Ribs: Tony Roma’s Original Baby Back Ribs smothered in tequila barbecue sauce, $22 for a full rack

Tony Roma's New Items:

  • Shrimp Tango: Grilled shrimp with bacon, Sriracha-lime butter, and strawberry and radish guacamole
  • Coca-Cola Baby Back Ribs: Barbecued ribs with Coca-Cola barbecue sauce, blue cheese coleslaw and ancho chile potatoes
  • Fire Roasted Sirloin Steak & 1/4 Chicken: 6-ounce sirloin steak, bourbon glazed onions, 1/4 chicken, white barbecue sauce and ancho chile potatoes
  • Harvest Fruit & Chicken Salad: Grilled chicken, Asian salad mix, candied pecans, kiwi, pineapple salsa, strawberries, pears, blackberries, blue cheese crumbles and three berry vinaigrette
  • Crispy Brownie Bites: Miniature crispy brownies with espresso chocolate mousse, vanilla cream sauce, chocolate sauce, raspberry sauce and vanilla ice cream
  • Cucumber & Strawberry Romatini: Sobieski vodka, Monin Cucumber Syrup, Triple Sec, strawberry purée and a cucumber spear
  • Orange & Kiwi Romarita: Sauza Gold tequila, Cointreau, orange juice, Monin Kiwi Syrup, sour mix and an orange wedge

  • Bacon BBQ Ribs & Three Pepper Sirloin Steak Combo: Grilled ribs in bacon barbecue sauce with pepper steak, served with loaded mashed potatoes and coleslaw
  • Salmon & Sriracha Lime Shrimp with Kale Saffron Rice: Grilled salmon topped with shrimp in Sriracha lime sauce and a side of saffron rice with kale

  • Beer Braised Chicken: White barbecue sauce, Cajun sidewinder fries and coleslaw
  • Summertime BBQ Trio: Baby back ribs with sweet black pepper barbecue sauce, a quarter of a chicken with white barbecue sauce, jalapeño sausage with beer mustard sauce, Cajun sidewinder fries and coleslaw
