Cole Slaw

Old Glory All American BBQ Recipe

2 heads green cabbage
1 carrot
1/2 red onion
Dressing (see recipe below)

Chop green cabbage depending on preference, diced, sliced, or shredded. Shred carrot. Slice red onion, thinly into half moon pieces. Add enough dressing to your preference.

Cole Slaw Dressing
1 cup buttermilk
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 quart mayonnaise
1/4 cup brown mustard
2 tablespoons horseradish
1 tablespoon celery seed
1/2 cup cider vinegar
2 tablespoons garlic juice
2 teaspoons dry mustard
1/4 cup Bayou Blast
2 tablespoons Kosher salt

Combine all ingredients and blend well.
